When I&#039;ve worked on conceptual designs for apps, I always look forward to this stage in the process because it&#039;s where you suddenly start to produce all sorts of good and original ideas. And it usually surprises me. Of course you need to know all about the user&#039;s real-world contexts and processes first.</description>
